A. One can connect bar-code scanner, external keyboard, external thermal printer (USB & Ethernet), weighing scale.

Q. Does this model come with a battery backup?

A. Yes, all models from Sensible POS does have battery backup ranging from 30 mins to 1 hr.

Q. Which business applications does Sensible POS support?

A. Sensible POS applications can be used for Restaurants, Retail Shops, Grocery Shops, Ice-Cream Parlours, Fruit & Vegetable Shops & more.

Q. How much items can be stored in the Billing Machine?

A. You can store up-to 21000 items. It can be searched by using item code, bar-code & alpha-numeric.

Q. How much bills can be stored in the device?

A. You can store bills up-to 1 Year. All transactions can be synced via cloud & stored in mobile device.

Q. What type of sales reports?

A. Item-Wise, Category-Wise, User-Wise, Table-Wise for Restaurants.

Q. What type of other reports?

A. Stock Report, KOT Cancellation Report for Restaurants, Tax Reports, Out of Stock Report & Credit Customer Report.

Q. How to print logo on the bill?

A. Upload logo in the 'SConnect' mobile app. Once done, select "Print Setting" then "Sync Logo". Take a sample print by selecting '+' symbol.

Q. How to update machine with latest version?

A. Firstly, connect the machine to the Internet through Wi-Fi by mobile using Hot-Spot. Immediately, note down the IP address of the machine. Then select Update App on machine and then click on Check App then Done (It will show "New update is available") and click on Update. It downloads the app into machine. Finally Process of downloading will complete. Now, download the mobile Application as SConnect on the same mobile by using Play Store. On mobile app click on Update App it will pop up the Update POS. Enter IP address of the machine finally press on the UPDATE APP. It will processed and then Machine will Restart once update finish.

Q. How to update stock?

A. Long press on item then Update Product will pop up. Select the Stock-able Product then Update.Now the item shows small red triangle. Click on it then Add New Stock will pop up. Enter the Stock on it then Update it.

Q. Can we generate coupons for different food counters?

A. Yes, you will need to use an external POS Printer to achieve this.

Q. How to update product parameters?

A. Long press an item which you intend to modify. The same is possible only in the admin mode.
